Birtley St Joseph would like to add a development team to their senior teams joining the first team and ladies team.
The development side will be ran alongside the first team and ladies
team used to develop young players and players returning from injury,
there will be a flow of players between the first and development teams.
The development team will need to be financial secure on it's own
basis, however it will form part of the overall clubs fundraising
strategy.
Over the coming months we would like to talk to
potential managers, coaches, physio's and players who would be
interested in joining the set up and on going discussions can talk place
and we would like to roll out the development team from next season
2014/15.
